– At present there the disabled lift from street level to the ground floor of the Old Town Hall is out of order. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience whilst Richmond Council carry out the repair works.
– The lift from the ground floor to the second floor of the Old Town Hall is being serviced on Wednesday 21 August so the only way to access the Museum will be via two flights of stairs. We apologise for the inconvenience whilst Richmond Council carry out these essential works.
