Discovery boxes

The core elements of most boxes are original artefacts. (Replica material forms the basis of the Tudor and Roman boxes). They are complemented by reference books, photographs, maps, videos, posters and teacher's notes. The Boxes can be used in a variety of ways in the classroom. Some of them are directed at KS1, but most are suitable for all ages.

Charges

Boxes cost £10.00 per week, excluding VAT. They can be hired for a maximum of three weeks and must be collected and returned by the hirer. A car is essential to transport them.
